Product Description
Fluid bed can be applied in many fields of medicine, food, chemical industry, and agricultural and sideline products processing to granulate, coat and dry powder materials, such as tablets, instant drink, and condiment pellet. During production, materials should be loaded and discharged in a closed environment to prevent powders from diffusing to working environment. PLC controls the equipment to granulate, coat and dry on the fluid bed.

Working Principle
Bottom spray technique can control material movements to form irregular fluidized state by adding a spacer which is open at two ends and a corresponding sieve plate of different hole fraction. Spray liquid is sprayed into the system by pneumatic sprayer installed on the center of sieve plate and its moving direction is the same with that of materials. The distance between the spacer and the sieve plate can make materials flow fluently from outside to inside of the spacer and form repeated fluidized state. 

Coated particles pass the spacer and decelerate in the diffusion chamber. Extra medium will be evaporated when particles rise to the diffusion chamber. If airflow cannot extrude particles any more, they will fall back to the gap between the spacer and hopper. Therefore airflow here just need to extrude particles to move down and keep them in weightless floating state. Particles move to coating area horizontally from the zone between the spacer and the hopper wall and then form a movement cycle, which can be achieved by adjusting the gap between the spacer bottom and the sieve plate. Particles pass through coating area in several seconds to finish a movement cycle. As a result, materials moves repeatedly in the bottom spray device with regular fluidized state, regular intervals of liquid spraying, uniform spray and even film.

The distribution net between air intake chamber and material chamber are multi-layer, which is rigid, high temperature resistant and not easy to be deformed. Quick installation, quick dismantlement and easy to be cleaned. 
The conventional ones have only two layers, a thin piece of stainless steel wire net on a punched plate. Hard to be cleaned, easily broken and transformable. Materials can not dried completely and homogeneously.

Insulating layer of the heating cabinet is added to anti-scald and reduce energy consumption. In addition, openable doors adopted, convenient for changing accessories, cleaning and maintenance.

>> Air inlet proportion execution valve and air outlet pneumatic execution valve
These two valves equiped, bag shaking system can be closed tightly to get a good dedusting effect.

>> Steam proportion valve is equipped
Temperature can be kept around the set value (about ±2°C), which is good for maintaining the medical stability and saving steam energy. Only 1/3 energy consumption when the set temperature reached.

>> Pressure relief device - the top relief valve 
The fluidized bed chamber is in a state of negative pressure normal production, if it is in positive state then pressure will be relieved from the pressure relief port to avoid explosion and other unexpected accidents.

>> Bag shaking device
The bag shaking device is divided into two parts, left and right ones with many small cloth bags, and with continuously shaking and dedusting function.
The more cloth bags are designed, the larger area can be used for filter and dry, high efficiency, fast speed, time and energy saved. While, normal machine only has a one-piece shaking bag without any small bags. Bags can be shook only after the machine stops. Low efficiency, slow drying speed, long time and large energy wasted. Besides, our bag shaking device has a pneumatic location device to fix and protect bags for better dust removal effect. And the bottom of the device extends to the outside of the chamber to guarantee practicality. Some other factories’ apply gas seal at the device bottom, but after a long time of high temperature operation, the chamber will transform and sealing will not be tight any more. Therefore, material will be run off and great loss will be caused.

>> Observation light is installed in the chamber
Compared with other manufacturers, it is in the outside, the operation and drying conditions inside the chamber cannot be observed clearly.

>> Moreover, according to different countries geographically location (in humidity) and different environmental requirements, dehumidification and second dust removal system can be adopted to achieve their requirements of material, techniques and environment protection.
