working principle
the material enters the machine from the feed inlet. Under the action of vibration force, the material is thrown along the horizontal fluidized bed and moves forward continuously. The hot air passes through the fluidized bed upward to exchange heat with the wet material. After the wet air is removed by the cyclone separator, the exhaust air is 1:3 discharged. The dry material is discharged from the discharge inlet.
Adaptive materials
It is suitable for drying and cooling of powdery and granular materials in chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry, food industry, dehydrated vegetable industry, grain industry and mineral industry. Such as: citric acid, monosodium glutamate, borax, ammonium sulfate, compound fertilizer, lol, silk, soybean meal, distiller's grains, seeds, slag, sugar, etc.
Performance characteristics
The vibration source is driven by vibration motor, with stable operation, convenient maintenance, low noise and long service life.
Uniform fluidization, no dead space and blow through phenomenon, can obtain uniform drying and cooling products.
It is easy to be adjusted. The thickness of material layer, moving speed in the machine and the change of full amplitude can be adjusted steplessly.
